These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the FactureMate mobile application (the “App”), developed and provided by Gabriele Nickl, Entrepreneur individuel (EI), trading as Weissenburg Dev (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you (“you,” “your,” “User”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. About FactureMate
FactureMate is a utility designed to help freelancers, self-employed professionals, and small businesses create and manage invoices and quotes on their mobile devices.
- FactureMate is not certified accounting software , tax software, or an officially recognized invoicing system in any jurisdiction.
- The App does not connect to government portals or tax authority systems.
- All invoice, quote, and client data is stored locally on your device , unless you export or share it yourself.
- The App is offered “as is” and may include advertising through Google AdMob.
2. Eligibility
You may use the App only if:
- You are 18 years of age or older .
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your country of residence.
- You are not barred from using the App under applicable laws.
3. User Responsibilities
When using the App, you agree that you are solely responsible for:
- Entering accurate and lawful information in invoices, quotes, and client records.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable tax, accounting, invoicing, and consumer laws in your jurisdiction.
- Backing up, managing, and deleting your data as needed.
- Maintaining the security of your device, including enabling passcodes, encryption, and updates.
Weissenburg Dev is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of invoices or quotes you create using the App.
4. Data & Privacy
Your invoice, quote, and client data remains stored locally on your device. You may delete this data at any time through in-App features or by uninstalling the App.
The App integrates Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may process limited device and advertising data in accordance with applicable consent requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Advertising
- The App displays ads served by Google AdMob.
- Depending on your region, you may be asked to consent to personalized or non-personalized ads.
- You may change your ad preferences later through in-App controls, where available, or your device ad settings.
- We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
6. Intellectual Property
- The App, including its design, user interface, software code, and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belongs to its respective rights holders.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by applicable law.
- All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the App to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its services.

- We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific business or legal needs.
- Generated invoices and quotes are user-controlled documents . You remain responsible for ensuring that they comply with applicable legal and tax requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Weissenburg Dev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the App, including loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or locally stored data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Termination
- You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
- We may discontinue or materially change the App for legitimate operational, legal, or technical reasons.
11. International Use
The App may be made available in multiple countries and regions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with laws applicable to you, including local invoicing, tax-reporting, and record-retention requirements.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in the country where you reside.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection law, including any right to bring proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published at https://weissenburgdev.com/terms/facturemate with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after an update means the updated Terms apply to your subsequent use, to the extent permitted by law.
